At Doctor Aata, we are committed to ensuring the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our specially formulated aata (flour), we have a strict policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
Damages and Issues - Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Photographic or video evidence of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in.
We will evaluate your case and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, we will either send you a replacement product at no extra cost or process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items - For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on our food products. We do not accept returns for items if you have changed your mind after purchase.
