Order Processing Time - All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Zones - We currently ship to addresses across India. Please note that we may not be able to deliver to certain remote areas or pin codes.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery after dispatch.

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above [e.g., ₹1500].

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances affecting our shipping partners.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Damaged in Transit - If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible (within 48 hours) at [your-email@doctoraata.in] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
